Alle aangeboden technieken zijn door het bedrijf zelf of in samenwerking met andere bedrijven en instanties ontwikkeld, zoals <a href=\"http:\/\/www.koemanenbijkerk.nl\/\">Bureau Waardenburg<\/a>,\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.at-kb.nl\/\">ATKB\u00a0<\/a>en\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wetterskipfryslan.nl\/\">Wetterskip Frysl\u00e2n<\/a>. Naast het aanbieden van <a href=\"https:\/\/sylphium.com\/edna\/analyses\/\">analyse diensten<\/a>, biedt Sylphium molecular ecology ook een breed scala aan <a href=\"https:\/\/sylphium.com\/edna\/zelf-edna-analyses-uitvoeren\/\">analyse kits<\/a> aan. Deze kits kunnen door (water)laboratoria ingezet worden om in eigen beheer DNA analyses uitvoeren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Het bedrijf is\u00a0gevestigd bij de Rijksuniversiteit\u00a0Groningen en bevindt zich hierdoor in een academische setting. Sylphium heeft directe toegang tot de nieuwste ontwikkelingen en technieken en bezit hierdoor veel specifieke kennis op het terrein van zowel ecologie, moleculaire biologie en bioinformatica. Deze kennis wordt binnen Sylphium molecular ecology ingezet\u00a0voor het geven van <a href=\"https:\/\/sylphium.com\/edna\/consultancy\/\">advies<\/a> op het gebied van moleculaire technieken ten bate van het ecologisch onderzoek.<\/p>\n<p>In 2016 is Sylphium molecular ecology een samenwerking aangegaan met diverse partijen voor de ontwikkeling van (q)PCR apparatuur specifiek voor ecologisch onderzoek, voedingsindustrie, agricultuur, onderwijs en aanverwante industrie\u00ebn . Dit consortium bestaat naast Sylphium molecular ecology uit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fluctus.eu\">Fluctus (<\/a>industrieel ontwerp),\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nivoge-groep.nl\/interay\/\">Interay Solutions BV<\/a> (electronica), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.s-s-systems.nl\/nl\/\">S&amp;S systems<\/a> (software) en de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rug.nl\/\">Rijksuniversiteit Groningen<\/a> (optisch detectie).
