This product is included in the <strong>Sampling Set SYL009<\/strong>, but can also be purchased separately.<\/p>\r\n    \r\n\r\n    \r\n    <h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Proven Stability<\/h3>\r\n    \r\n\r\n    \r\n    <ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n      <li>DNA concentration remains stable for at least <strong>2 years<\/strong><\/li>\r\n      <li>Validated with an internal positive standard<\/li>\r\n      <li>No interference from water matrix contaminants after 3 months<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n    \r\n\r\n    \r\n    <h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Optional Internal Control<\/h3>\r\n    \r\n\r\n    \r\n    <p>The buffer can include a low concentration of a xenobiotic internal control. This control is used in combination with our <a href=\"https:\/\/sylphium.com\/webshop\/product\/syl002\/\">eDNA Isolation Kit (SYL002)<\/a> to verify preservation and extraction efficiency.<\/p>\r\n    \r\n\r\n    \r\n    <h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Efficient Lysis &#038; Preservation<\/h3>\r\n    \r\n\r\n    \r\n    <p>The buffer is adapted from a CTAB-based lysis buffer and is optimized for
