Sample Registration

Please register your samples once they have been shipped for analysis. Accurate registration ensures correct sample tracking and timely reporting of results. You can register multiple samples at once.

  • Prepare: Have your sample numbers (as on tubes/submission sheet) ready.
  • Specify: Indicate the target species per sample (e.g., great crested newt, Eurasian otter).
  • Ship info: Add shipment date and optional Track & Trace number.

    After submitting, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Our lab will link your registration to the shipment.

    Tips for accurate registration

    • Use exact sample IDs (match tube labels/submission sheet).
    • One line per sample in the “Sample details” field is ideal.
    • Add target species per ID (assay selection).
    • Include shipment date; add Track & Trace if available.
