Sample registration

Please register your samples after they have been shipped to our laboratory. Accurate registration ensures correct sample tracking and timely reporting of your results. You can register multiple samples in a single submission.

  • Prepare: have the sample numbers shown on the tubes or submission form ready.
  • Specify: indicate the target species for each sample, such as the great crested newt or Eurasian otter.
  • Shipping details: enter the shipping date and, when available, the Track & Trace number.

    Tips for accurate registration

    • Use the exact sample IDs shown on the tube labels or submission form
    • Enter one sample per line in the sample details field
    • Specify the target species or assay for each sample ID
    • Include the shipping date and Track & Trace number.
