Products for eDNA research

The Sylphium molecular ecology webshop offers validated tools for environmental DNA (eDNA) sampling and analysis. Our products cover the complete eDNA workflow — from water and soil collection to DNA extraction and qPCR-based detection.

All kits are developed and validated in-house according to NPR 7394 and CEN/TC 230 standards, ensuring reproducible and contamination-free results. The Sylphium eDNA Master Mix is optimized to resist humic acids and other PCR inhibitors, delivering reliable amplification even from complex environmental samples.

Each kit includes full batch documentation, validation data, and technical support. Custom-made batches and expert guidance are available on request.
